Two drones launched by Iran crashed near the Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates, leaving four people injured, including an Indian national. According to reports, the injured include two people from Ghana, one from Bangladesh, and one from India. The incident happened amid rising tensions in the Middle East, as Iran has been launching attacks in response to joint military strikes carried out by Israel and the United States against Iranian targets. Officials said the drones fell near the airport area, but flight operations at Dubai International Airport continue as normal. The UAE Ministry of Defence stated that its forces are actively intercepting missiles and drones launched by Iran to protect the country’s airspace. Authorities believe this attack is part of Iran’s retaliatory actions against the United States and Israel as the conflict in the region continues to escalate.
