In this context, former Indian team captain Sourav Ganguly has been appointed as the head coach of the Pretoria Capitals team participating in this series. In the previous season, Graham Ford was removed and former England player Jonathan Trott was appointed as the coach. However, due to the team’s performance not meeting expectations, he has now been replaced, and Ganguly has taken over as the head coach. Simultaneously, former South African captain Shaun Pollock has been appointed as the assistant coach.
