Many customers faced difficulties accessing their accounts or were understandably alarmed to see their balances listed as zero. Consequently, social media became inundated with anxious posts from customers, with some expressing genuine concern that their funds had been stolen or were otherwise lost.Bank of America acknowledged the difficulties encountered by certain customers regarding access to their accounts and balance inquiries.
