Caitlin Sandra Neil, a 19-year-old originally from Chennai, was named Miss India USA 2024 during the annual pageant that took place on December 15 in New Jersey. Currently, she is a second-year student specializing in Cognitive Science with an emphasis on computational science at the University of California, Davis.The event, hosted at Royal Albert’s Palace in Fords, New Jersey, celebrated its 42nd iteration, establishing itself as the longest-running Indian pageant outside of India, a legacy initiated by Dharmatma and Neelam Saran under the Worldwide Pageants organization.

This year, the competition featured 47 participants representing 25 states, who competed across three distinct categories.Nirali Desia from Illinois and Manini Patel from New Jersey were recognized as the first and second runners-up in the Miss India USA category, respectively. Furthermore, Sanskriti Sharma from Illinois was awarded the title of Mrs. India USA, while Arshita Kathpalia from Washington was crowned Miss Teen India USA. In the teen division, Dhriti Patel from Rhode Island and Sonali Sharma received the first and second runner-up titles, while Sapna Mishra from Virginia and Chinmayee Ayachit from Connecticut were honored as the first and second runners-up in the Mrs. India USA competition.
