In a tragic shooting incident at a supermarket in the United States, a father and his daughter of Indian descent were killed. Prateek Kumar Patel, 56, originally from the Mehsana district of Gujarat, moved to the U.S. six years ago with his family. Both Prateek and his 24-year-old daughter, Urmi, were employed at the supermarket located in the town of Accomack County, Virginia.On the morning of the 20th at 5:30 AM, an unidentified individual entered a supermarket and opened fire indiscriminately at Pradeep Kumar and Oormi, who were working there. As a result of this attack, Pradeep Kumar lost his life at the scene, while Oormi, who sustained severe injuries, later succumbed to her wounds in the hospital. In connection with this incident, the police arrested and incarcerated George Prashier Devon Warden, a 44-year-old resident of Onankak.
