India desires that the free trade agreement with the European Union should reach a conclusive resolution soon, as stated by External Affairs Minister Jaishankar. Jaishankar, who held discussions in Delhi with German Foreign Minister Johan Wadephul, who is visiting India, later met with journalists alongside him. During this meeting, Jaishankar mentioned that he engaged in talks with German Foreign Minister Johan Wadephul regarding the enhancement of bilateral relations in the areas of climate change, security, and technology. We are witnessing numerous fluctuations in the global economy. These fluctuations increase the necessity for collaboration between India and Germany, as well as between India and the European Union. The relationship between India and Germany is profoundly deep, with significant potential for rapid growth. Minister Johan Wadephul has assured me that Germany will make every effort to establish a free trade agreement between India and the European Union.
