Following China and Turkey, it has come to light that a European nation is supplying weapons to Pakistan. In response to the attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 tourists were killed by terrorists, India launched a military operation named Operation Sindhur, targeting nine terrorist camps located in Pakistan.Subsequent to this, both nations engaged in attacks using drones. Following the ceasefire that occurred on May 10, a state of peace has been maintained between the two countries. After Operation Sindhura, Turkey and Azerbaijan, among other nations, have been supporting Pakistan. As a result, Indian traders have begun to disregard both countries.Indian travelers who had planned to visit these countries have begun to cancel their trips, resulting in significant economic losses for both nations. Furthermore, it has come to light that Turkey and Pakistan have also supplied arms to China. Similarly, reports indicate that the European nation of the Netherlands has provided arms to Pakistan. Currently, Pakistan’s arms inventory consists of 81% sourced from China, 5.5% from the Netherlands, and 3.8% from Turkey.It has come to light that the Netherlands has supplied weapons required by the Pakistan Navy. In this context, Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, who is on a six-day trip to Europe, has first visited the Netherlands.The Netherlands is seeking to enter the defense market in India, and India has expressed its willingness to engage in this collaboration. This initiative aims to halt the military assistance that the Netherlands provides to Pakistan.
