In this regard, the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development stated in a statement.
The Central Government is regularly implementing various steps to protect women’s workplace safety.

This website allows women to make complaints about sexual harassment in work environments.
A complaint can be filed by both government and private sector employees, as well as unorganized laborers.

Union Women and Child Development Minister Annapoorna Devi stated, A website was launched in 2017 under the Workplace Sexual Harassment (Prevention and Redressal) Act, enacted in 2013.
According to the ministry, Its completely updated website has been released.
Two kinds of committees will be formed to resolve the complaints filed with it.
An Internal Affairs Committee will be formed to address the problems of private company employees.
while a local committee will be formed to address their complaints of government employees.
overall It will be under the District Collector. The names of the people who filed the complaint will remain confidential.
Based on this, particularly a case will be filed with the help of these committees , a proper action will taken against them said Union women and child development minister.
