Recent reports indicate a resurgence of COVID-19 cases in Singapore. The coronavirus, which has posed a global threat, has gradually begun to decline and return to normalcy. However, in this context, it has been noted that the spread of COVID-19 is accelerating once again in Hong Kong and Singapore. According to the Ministry of Health in Singapore, the number of individuals affected by the virus has risen to 14,200 during the week from April 27 to May 3.In the previous week, the number of COVID-19 patients was reported to be 11,100. The daily admissions of COVID-19 patients in hospitals have increased from 102 to 133. Additionally, media reports from Hong Kong indicate that between April 27 and May 3, 31 individuals were severely affected by the virus, leading to a rise in the number of patients seeking hospital care due to COVID-19. This situation has raised concerns about the potential impact on other countries in Asia.
