Our thoughts are with Dr. Jill Biden and the entire family.” Mr. Biden’s diagnosis was confirmed by his office on Sunday, following the 82-year-old’s report of urinary symptoms that led to the discovery of a nodule on his prostate. He received the prostate cancer diagnosis on Friday, with indications that the cancer cells have metastasized to the bone.Former President Joe Biden of the United States has been diagnosed with an aggressive type of prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones, as announced by his office on Sunday. The statement indicated that the diagnosis followed the emergence of urinary symptoms and the discovery of a prostate nodule. The Biden family is currently considering various treatment options. The statement further noted, ‘Although this indicates a more aggressive variant of the disease, the cancer is hormone-sensitive, which facilitates effective management. The President and his family are consulting with his medical team regarding treatment alternatives.’ It is worth mentioning that the 82-year-old leader’s son, Beau Biden, succumbed to cancer in 2015.
