Air India accident, the black box undergoes investigation in India.

The Air India flight that departed from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to London on the 12th of this month met with an accident. Tragically, all 241 passengers aboard the flight, along with 29 individuals in the vicinity of the accident, lost their lives. A portion of the aircraft’s black box, specifically the flight data recorder (FDR) that logs details such as altitude, speed, and engine performance, was recovered on the 13th. Another segment of the black box, the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) which captures conversations in the cockpit, was located and retrieved by rescue teams two days ago. Investigators have stated that with all components of the black box recovered, it will be possible to fully ascertain the causes of the accident.Dismissing reports that the black box was sent to the United States for examination, Union Minister for Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu stated that the investigation will be conducted within India. He remarked on the matter: “The information suggesting that the black box has been sent abroad is merely a rumor. The black box is indeed located in India. At present, it is under investigation by the aircraft accident inquiry division.
